To these and so many other voices who decry war we humbly add, through music, our own.

Songs about war and peace, written and recorded at the height of the Iraq War as part of the "Peace Partners" project, are what originally brought together six musicians, from three different continents, to form the ad-hoc band, Gypsies in Cyberspace. That was in 2010.

Twelve years and ten albums later, the threat of war once again casts a dark shadow across the globe.

These fourteen songs, remixed and remastered for this compilation, seem even more relevant today than they did when we first recorded them -- despite the fact that some of them are over a decade old.

I'll let others decide what this says about our creative insight. Sadly, what it says about humanity's propensity for armed conflict is all too obvious.

May the world, someday, know Peace.

Not for a day. Not for a decade. But forever.
